Payment

You can pay for your order by Paypal or cheque made payable to Jessica Le Comte. Please post to 26 Buckhold Drive, Coventry, CV5 9LU. Please note that goods will only be dispatched subject to cheque clearance.

 

Products Out of Stock

 We have regular deliveries from our suppliers, so in the event that an item is out of stock we will notify you when the goods will be available. We will refund any payment made for these goods if this is not acceptable for you.

Returns

 If you have received damaged or faulty items please telephone us first on 0783040790 within 7 days. We will refund or replace the faulty goods and refund the cost of returning the items back to us. If you do not notify us first we can not guarantee refund of your postage.

 If you have decided the goods are not as you wish please send them back to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Please make sure the goods are in their original packaging and condition. We regret we cannot refund you the cost of the original postage and packing or the cost of returning the goods back to us. When you return the goods back to us please get proof of postage from the post office so you may claim if the parcel is lost.

 If you would like to exchange an item please send the goods back to us to receive a refund then make a new order on the website for the new goods which will be charged the usual postage and packing rate.

 We will refund your money within 14 days of when we receive the goods from you using the original payment method. We will only refund the cost of the original postage and packing and the cost of the return postage for faulty goods.

 We regret we cannot give refunds for personalised or made to order goods unless faulty.  This includes all guest books, tissues, post boxes, personalised chocolates and cones which are all made to order. Please make sure that all wording typed into the drop down boxes for messages and personalised goods are correct before sending to us. We cannot be held responsible if these goods are sent to you with incorrect wording on, if taken from the original message you have sent us.
